Sorry for the multiple emails about the BBQ.

However due to several research groups having group parties on the friday after finals and more issues involving reservations IEEE has decided to go back to having the BBQ tomorrow.

So once again,

The IEEE spring BBQ will be at the main shelter at Municipal Park, 500 South Walnut Street, this Friday April 29th.

Food will start to be served around 6pm. Note that all students, professors, friends, and families are encouraged to attend.

This is a free event! 

We will also be hosting the election for new officers to IEEE. If you are interested in being an officer, please let me know. We have three positions to fill.

Professors, if you could inform your students of both the BBQ and the opportunity to be an officer that would be great.
